The ACC was always meant to be a starting point. If you have been credentialed for more than three years, it is time to move forward. not just for your credential, but for the impact Professional Level Coaching Skills will have on your clients. The Leap to PCC is a live, engaging group mentor coaching program designed for coaches who are ready to do the real work of growing into the next level of their craft.
Whether you already hold your ACC or you are ready to apply directly for your PCC, this group is for you. Growth is not optional in this profession, it is the point.
What makes this group different
Sessions include peer coaching, rich discussion, creative exploration, and deep dives into the ICF Core Competencies at the PCC level. This is not a passive learning experience, you will be challenged, supported, and transformed.
You will have everything you need in terms of the Mentor Coaching Requirments to apply for your PCC.
All sessions are recorded and placed in your student portal so you never lose access to the content, even if you miss a session.

Your full program includes
- 9 live group mentor coaching sessions
- 3 individual one-on-one mentor coaching sessions
- Review of 3 recorded coaching sessions with detailed written feedback based on PCC markers
- Written credentialing readiness assessment
- Deep exploration of all ICF Core Competencies at the PCC level
- Access to all session recordings in your student portal
Individual sessions run concurrently with the group program and must be completed by the end of the final program month.
Space is limited to 10 participants to comply with ICF requirements.

All Sessions are on Thursdays at 12:00 a.m. Eastern for 1 Hour.

All sessions are recorded and put into your student portal so you can still access the information if you miss a session.
Dates are spread out and are not concurent to comply with the ICF requirment of Time in Mentoring (90 Days).

- $225.00 – Per Additional Recorded Session Review of the sessions you will turn in for your credentialing requirements if the ones you turn in during the group do not meet the requirements. This does not include any time with me.
